Situation: We’re looking for a database system to manage records for a mobile medical Tuk Tuk. The data will typically be entered in an offline environment, but will want to come sync & backup the data when we’re back in base. Cell reception is available but often patchy, so we don’t want to rely on this. We’re also operating with only basic IT expertise at the moment. Can OpenMRS be applied to this type of situation? Any thoughts?
