openmrs-spa demo server is not working

Hi, the openmrs-spa demo site (OpenMRS) is not working since few days. Also the micro frontend E2E tests are failing due to the same reason.

When logging in, after entering the username and password, it goes back to the enter username part in the login page. Here’s a screen recording of the error:

The https://dev3.openmrs.org/openmrs/spa server is also not working.

Am not certain why there is a general login failure on 3.x demo server.

@dkayiwa @sharif @ibacher do you know why this is happening?
