Restart your computer and share with us the first screen when you try to access openmrs in the browser.
I am sorry I used all my replies yesterday. After I restart the computer the same error message as before appears, I cannot enter the installation wizard at all. And the file search for openmrs-runtime.properties did not show any results.

It is working now!
I still do not know what caused this error but I unistalled all applications and deteled all files that had some kind of connection to OpenMRS, XAMPP etc. I even made a fresh Java install and it seems to work now. Nevertheless thanks to both of you @dkayiwa & @jwnasambu !
