I think we should explicitly include “Scrum/Standup for objectives” on the agenda of each call up until the Singapore meeting.
E.g. it’s not a time to give detailed progress reports, but just something along the lines of “Is progress according to plan? Anything blocking you or slowing you down that can be helped by some external intervention?”
And we should explicitly set a time-box for this. (Hopefully we can do it in 5 minutes; I know that’s a bit optimistic, but hopefully it sets the right tone and expectations.)

Also adding an update on the use of OpenMRS calendar for calls related to the operational meetings.
I’ll be flying to Boston this Thursday. I might be somewhere overhead, but that won’t help w/ attending the call.

For Thursday’s call I know @burke is on vacation. I believe @paul and @darius will be at the USAID workshop. Are there others who will not be able to participate in the call?
