OpenMRS issue Tracker is down (Jira)

Hello, I just tried to access the issue tracker now and it’s down, have an error message as shown on the screenshot.

Actually, it was not working at morning. Now all is fine for me.

I thought i was the only one who experienced this. But it keeps going down for me. Then comes back after some days. I dont know what could be the problem.
