I understand there might be an excel format for the OpenMRS Implementation toolkit. Would you have a copy of that as well?

There isn’t an official single Excel file published by OpenMRS called the “Implementation Toolkit.” Most implementation guidance is available on the OpenMRS Wiki (checklists, guides, and best practices).

That said, many implementers create their own Excel-based checklists for planning, configuration, data migration, and go-live, but these are not standardized or officially maintained.

If you’re looking for a basic implementation checklist in Excel, let me know what level of detail you need and I can share a sample structure.

Thank you for the reply. I am planning on implementation of a hospital EMR and would like something like a project implementation template. I would really appreciate it if you could send me a sample that you mentioned.
