Hello OpenMRS Support Team,

I hope you are doing well. I would like to request a change of my OpenMRS ID username.

Current username: raufbayramov036■■■■■■■■■■ Requested new username: raufbayramov

Reason for the change: I accidentally used my email address as the username during registration, and I would like to switch to a shorter, standard username for contributing to OpenMRS projects (JIRA, GitHub, and developer stages).

If this change is possible, please update my OpenMRS ID to the requested username.

hello openMRS team

I would like to request a change of my OpenMRS ID username.

Current username: 1374ashima Requested new username: Ashima04

Reason for the change : I unknowingly put numbers at the starting of my username.This will create issues with forms like dev1 quez form that do not allow usernames beginning with numbers or symbols. @dkayiwa
