Openmrs Distribution Server Persistently can't Create and Hence find runtime properties file on Startup

Hallo Friends my system succcesfully creates Distribution server however persistently fails to create and hence track runtime properties file . I tried to sketch out from google but in vain error logs here https://pastebin.com/GFxu9ScN

system spec: Ubuntu14.LTS,Oracle JDK.8 , and openmrs 2.0.5 thanks cc.@dkayiwa

@dkayiwa the solutions i have looked at so far are tasking me to upgrade mysql,however i don’t see any problem with the Mysql version …This is my version

kiiza@kiiza-Extensa-5635Z:~$ mysql --version mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.7.18, for Linux (x86_64) using EditLine wrapper

uumh i will try upgrading 5.7.18 to 5.7.8 ,may be it’s the issue…

ISSUE CLEARED did the following with help of @slubwama

1: Changed read-write permission of openmrs-sdk directory

2: Manualy introduced and edited run-time properties file into folder,because for some unkown reason it was not being createdt during bootstrapping
