You’ll work with community members, implementers, and developers all over the globe, remote and with travel. As an important member of this team, you’ll provide critical support to community members with our Product Support or Community Management & Operations Support teams
- Product Support: We are developers, product managers, and designers working together to support devs and PMs who use our software at their NGO, government, and vendor sites on five continents.
- Community Management & Operations Support: We are community managers, program managers, events and communications professionals. We keep our community running smoothly, onboard and connect community members, and raise the visibility of our community’s achievements.
