OpenMRS Core 2.1.0 released

OpenMRS Core 2.1.0 is released. Thanks to the 49 developers whose code made it into this release!

More details in the Release Notes.

This is our first non-LTS release of OpenMRS core. I have updated our Release Policy wiki page to mention non-LTS releases, but I still need to write a dedicated wiki page about what this means.

@darius i was looking for Platform 2.1.0 version in JIRA and stumbled into Core 2.1.0 :slight_smile:
