Congratulations to @ch3ck on acceptance of his proposal for an Ignite talk at OSCON Amsterdam! For those that aren’t aware, OSCON is the world’s largest open source gathering, and they’re adding a stop in Europe this month for the first time. Ignite talks are main-stage events in front of the entire crowd, formatted as a 5-minute talk with 20 slides, while those slides automatically advance every 15 seconds.
Check will be talking about the rise of open source in Africa, particularly in his home country of Cameroon. We’re happy to have him sharing that great story!
