online consultation modules

Is there any module available for the “Online Consultation” for Doctors office? It should be with video calling / chat to discuss with patients in online and store the recordings.

I dont seem to know any community module currently with that functionality.
May be a custom module for an implementation some where. But this is something that can be done any way just in case it doesnt exist yet.
