OCLforOpenMRS(View Dictionaries)

Hello community, We are currently allowing users to only view all existing dictionaries on the user dashboard. A suggestion came up to improve the user experience by having them view only the dictionaries they have created and those belonging to their organizations. And a separate view to allow them to view all the existing dictionaries We would like to hear your opinion on this matter. cc @darius @dkayiwa @paynejd @christopherkala @shakira210791 @hadijah315 @waweru @emasys @rubailly

Yes, I think you are right that by default they should only see dictionaries that they own or that are part of an org they are a member of. Then optionally they can view other dictionaries.

Agree. With CIEL being available to all regardless
