Our Hospital implemented Bahmni based EMR recently and I am a focal person for these duty. Yesterday i was adding new concepts and modifying the existing ones in Openmrs dictionary. I added a concept set in the name of “SUMMARY OF PATIENT HISTORY BEFORE IMPLEMENTATION OF EMR” and suddenly removed it. After that the all observation template showed error. And on the clinical dashboard the all observation template is not showing and the end users are not accessing vital sign, medication administration, history, order, progress etc… What can i do to solve this?
