@dkayiwa @sharif It always showing not diagnosis after capturing diagnosis vitals also. Anyone gone through this error.
This is still a bug to work on , it have been ticketed here https://issues.openmrs.org/browse/RA-1714, as primary diagnosis not being shown in the encounter. its seems to be breaking on platform 2.3 so we need to fix the bug cc @herbert24 any updates on this
