Nitrious.IO is gone (at least in its past form) -- so I'm docker+vagrant solution

Nitrious.IO Lite (old Nitrious.IO service) is no more. The pro version doesn’t seem useable to me. I think I will set up Vagrant+Docker in a similar fashion to discourse_docker. I might go a different route, but this will be an interesting experiment .

My end goal is simple: for new developers to be able to come in and be able to get started quickly. They shouldn’t have to fight with openldap or any of our dependencies. It will come with an admin user and have the password set to something simple. I decided to open a ticket about this. I just felt like starting a dialogue here so that it’s not me taking over and making decisions on my own.

Does anyone have opinions on this? I am probably going to try this on my own – and keep it in my own github and then move it to OpenMRS’s org getting approval.
