Need to Release HTML Form Entry Maintenance Versions

@mogoodrich we are about to release a new verision of UgandaEMR so I would like to release maintenance versions of HTML Form Entry 3.3.2 and HTML Form Entry UI 1.6.2 so that we do not have snapshots in our release.

Fine with me… I should be able to do the release sometime this week, but if you need it faster feel free to go ahead and do it. Just let me know and I can clean up the tickets, etc, in JIRA.
