Hi, I am keshavrathi (OpenMRS ID: keshavrathi@id.openmrs.org). I am unable to comment or claim issues on JIRA — the comment box doesn’t appear for me. Could you please grant me the jira-users access?

You already have access. Try logging in again and check if you can see it.
