I’m interested in contributing to this issue (O3-1396) and would like to work on it as a beginner contributor. I have already set up the O3 Patient Registration and O3 Patient Chart modules locally and I’m comfortable with MERN stack and React-based frontend work.
Could you please provide a bit more detailed guidance or technical context about this issue — like expected approach, related files/modules, and any design or API considerations I should be aware of before starting?

Thanks for the good work done @khushal123 . Kindly, did you get a chance to read the comment section of the ticket to get an overview of the conversation regarding the expectations? @ibacher , @dkayiwa could you please clarify the difference between ID card and National ID card identifiers?
I don’t think that ticket is in a state where it should be worked on. Please don’t try to work on tickets that have essentially no description. FWIW, the ticket there is to support integration with an external system for looking up patient’s in a national or sub-national patient registry.
