Hi everyone, I requested Jira access (ISD-19446) about 2 days ago, and it’s still waiting for triage. Could someone please assist?

@jwnasambu It seems the issue is not yet fixed because the sign-up has still failed. I also put up a request on the OpenMRS community but i’m still at the “Waiting for Triage” status

I was able to sign in using my username and password, but I still cannot access the JIRA issues tracker page. I only accessed the Atlassian home page. The AI chatbot I’m working with stresses that i will not be able to access the issues page as long as my request is still on the “Waiting for Triage” status
On your left expand the Filters option to display different ticket categories.

Basing on what you have shared you should be seeing the tickets. Try logging out of the issue tracker and login again?
