@tendomart failing to sign-up for an openmrs-ID is caused by several reasons that may be contributed by either a user or the system not operating as expected that is why we encourage users to create an issue on helpdesk with a screenshot attachment for every error they receive for this will help us evaluate the issues and advice accordingly or troubleshoot the problem we didn’t know exists.
