module Error when trying to enter manage module

HI Getting error when trying to open manage module .

I put commonlabtest-1.4.1 module in windows catalog \referenceapplication-standalone-2.9.0\appdata\modules, then run openmrs-standalone.jar, but i am interested how can activate and use this module, we get above-mentioned error when trying to open manage module tab from menu
