Module Development - OpenMRS RefApp (new UI)

Hi,

Can anyone please guide me on how to start developing module for Ref App new UI? I would appreciate if anyone can suggest the tools required to create a Ref app module, or at least from where to start with. I have previously worked on OpenMRS Modules for legacy UI, therefore I now want to switch to new UI.
