Mobile App Not Showing Forms

I am testing the Mobile App for OpenMRS and I realised I cannot see the HTML forms developed using HTML Form Entry. I can only add vitals and visit Note.

How is it possible to make the html form visible on the mobile App.

So I believe the app is not showing encounters except visit note and Vitals. Where can I fix this and add custom encounters
