The Health Information System (HIS) Mobile Implementing Officer (MIO) is responsible for initial field deployment and ongoing support in the field and in HQ of OCB supported health information systems. The MIO spends 60% or more of his or her time in the field and is the key onsite representative of the health information unit to the field.
