Hi, Is there any specific module for openmrs to manage cardiology services?

No module, but Partners In Health has contributed extensive forms for Heart Failure on the OpenMRS Form Bank. The Form Bank has an htmlform mds package (which includes concepts) along with the matching paper form. If this is useful, we can locate the most current copy of the form.
