Yes, still reproduce the problem.
What are the exact steps to reproduce on that server?
in the Administration on the section Reports ,select Manage reports and click on " Create Cohort Report"

sorry for the delay, still giving me the same error when i click “save” .
I was not clear the error comes after i filled all the details to create cohort Report and i click on “save”.
