Maintenance release of OpenMRS Core 2.4.1

I’d like to release version 2.4.1, a maintenance fix release for 2.4. The full list of changes can be found here, but the feature I’m most interested in is this very small change to a test that will hopefully unblock REPORT-880.

Any objections to releasing this version?

Thanks @ibacher , is it possible for sonaqube integration to be part of the release.

Well, SonarQube isn’t really a feature of the platform… it’s something we use for development. So it won’t meaningfully start to be part of the release, but you should start to see Sonar notifications on openmrs-core.
