Lost JIRA access

Hi, I seem to have lost access to Jira for O3 project. Could someone help restore my permissions?

why is it that I cant assign my self to a ticket , I already searched for help Jira Service Management , but nothing helped

kindly @josephkagimu1 log into Jira again by “username@id.openmrs.org” then put yo password for openmrs id. After you log in, you still need to click in the extreme upper right corner where your profile is, then click log in. you will get fully logged in and can assign your self tickets. Try it and see if it works for you.

Hi username@id.openmrs.org is not working for me and with my personal email I can’t see any project or module. I need urgent help.

hey @brijesh1 , if your username/ID is brijesh1, then login to JIRA this way brijesh1@id.openmrs.org, then put in your password that you created.

So I need to create this email id for verification right?

the email id is for verification and to allow you log into JIRA with your openmrs ID. you dont need to create it. just use it that way.

@brijesh1 Kindly check your email inbox, spam or junk folder for a verification email from noreply@openmrs.org then open the email and click the verification link.The verification link usually expires after 24 hours and you are already past the time. @dkayiwa kindly where can one get the button or link to Resend Verification Email? @brijesh1 has been blocked since 7th March.

You can try to sign up again in order to get a new verification email.

I’ve tried again, Still I am not receiving any mail

Check your spam folder.

Also In incognito when I try to login again then I am not receiving one time code in my mail(not is spam as well).

Could you kindly confirm if you are logging in with the correct email? You have two email addresses: one is a ■■■■■■■■■■ and the other is @id.openmrs.org. Just a gentle reminder @id.openmrs.org email serves as the official OpenMRS identity for a user. It’s not a personal email account so you can’t check manually. Kindly hope it helps when you are checking your email for the verification message.
