Hello members, I need help finding the link to the openmrs helpdesk, because https://openmrs.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/user/login?destination=portals that I have tried needs me to login(Which I have tried but failed)… @dkayiwa @cintiadr

Thanks @cintiadr I was under the impression that the same credentials of talk would suffice…

Makes sense. No, it’s another system, I didn’t want to link it to our ID (as a lot of people send requests because they cannot login :slight_smile: ).

I wonder if I can change the screen to prevent others from having that impression.

That could work or just mention it somewhere as part of the error message when someone is failing to log in…
