Legacy UI: Footer to show more installation metadata

Hi @burke, @dkayiwa, @ibacher, @mseaton, @wyclif.

We would like to show more info about our installation in the Legacy UI footer. This is a sample outcome showing some Docker image metadata, but it could be anything:

I was thinking of getting this fed by a runtime property, so that if the runtime property is not blank then we would print its value there.

Thoughts?
