We are so happy to announce the third cohort of stage upgrades in 2024! :clap: :mortar_board: :partying_face:

Huge thank-you to the people who submitted these names through our Recommendation Form.

On a personal note, I’m super lucky to know each of these 3 members individually, and honestly, each of you have inspired me in different ways. Interestingly, something you all share is that each of you have amazed me by how you are intentional continuous learners. :heart: :open_book: You each go out of your way to learn new things every day, to look things up, to be humble about what you don’t know yet, and to self-teach. :slight_smile: Keep up the great work, you are all appreciated!! :bouquet: :pray: :bowing_man:

How do I get a Dev Stage update?

Community members can apply any time to be recognized with a “Stage” (eg Dev Stage, PM Stage, OMRS Community Member Stage, etc), using this form . Then approximately monthly, the Global Support Team reviews the submissions and checks the suggestions against Our Dev Stage Criteria . Don’t be shy - you can also ask for feedback on how you could get closer to the stage you’re hoping for :slight_smile: You can also nominate someone else! In fact, everyone in this cohort was nominated by someone else! :slight_smile:
