JSP files do not work after openmrs upgrade

I have upgraded openmrs from 2.0.6. to 2.3.2. My openmrs 2.0.6 had customized views created by jsp files after upgrading the views we not there so I tried coping jsp files into /var/lib/tomcat7/webapps/openmrs/WEB-INF/view/module/legacyui and it did not work. I have also tried copying them into /var/lib/tomcat7/webapps/openmrs/WEB-INF/view/ and it did not work either. Is there any other way to return them?

i get to see this line in your logs org.openmrs.api.db.DAOException: Username nurse or system id 163-6 is already in use.

What does that mean?
