Jira will be migrated to a new machine and database with a better setup to ensure stability and also to complete the upgrade to 8.13.1. The exact time of the maintenance is TBD, but it should be outside of US business hours.

Please note that Jira will be up and down today and tomorrow.
It can take hours to complete. Please check status.openmrs.org before asking why jira isn’t working.

Jira is open for business again.
It’s running on a new machine, with a new operational system, new database with new encoding, new jira home, new version, everything is shiny and good.
Let me know if there’s something weird.
