Jira Permissions Issue – Unable to Assign or Comment on Tickets

I’m facing an issue where I’m unable to assign myself to a ticket or comment on it, even though I have access to Jira. Has anyone else faced this before or know what might be causing it?

Hi. Have you logged issue to openmrs help desk? Or are you loggged in with valid openmrs_id

I just asked in the help desk—thanks for the suggestion! And yes, I’m logged in with a valid OpenMRS ID.
