the Core OpemMRS is work perfect, it does not give me any error, the problem was i cannot add any module on top of it. i tried almost all module none of them work for me, i know some module prerequisite other module, i mean dependency, i put those and tried none are work, keep getting an error
i must be wrong somewhere or this is really a BUG ?
when i tried to upload module it just fails, yes i already post this ticket on this link REST: Unable to load module messages error when starting ?
however do not get help, from anyone, i have also tried fresh installation and give it tried still same issue, i saw somewhere on wiki, need to modify runtime-properties file all parameter needs to set “true” i also tried changing the value from false to true nothing make sense yet:
