We are experiencing an issue with the OpenMRS backend, specifically in one of the implementations after upgrading the instance. The problem occurs in the patient visit section. When I edit a patient’s visit by using Patient Search in openmrs backend, in visit section the start date and time, stop date and time, and location fields appear empty, as shown in the attached images in image 1 and the The second image is the right one I wanted to have. This is troubling us to find the solution.
What steps might I have missed? I would appreciate any advice from the experts. Thank you.
