Hello , I have realized when I go to Jira I just see white without any ticket information
I need help on how to correct that thank you.
Are you logged in to jira/wiki?
@beryl The problem @sharitech is facing is affecting most newbies. Those who have managed to get past it are usually the ones assigned tickets by active members on the issue tracker (Apparently, it’s been hard to assign tickets to new members this week due to permission restrictions). I reported the issue on the openmrs infra channel, and we even tried troubleshooting with the help of @dkayiwa during the newbies sessions but all in vain.
Besides, users whose OpenMRS usernames start with a number are unable to complete the Dev1 quiz. Kindly, could you help look into this so that members with such usernames can also take the quiz without being blocked? We’d really appreciate your support on this.

What URL are you on? Can you potentially share a screenshot of what you’re seeing?
FWIW, if I abuse my administrative privileges to impersonate users, I can log into Jira just fine and things appear to be functioning as I’d expect…
I can’t reproduce this at all (I have a normal non-admin account that has no special privileges and I’m able to assign tickets to @sharitech).

There was a button on the left of 3x Frontend Squad and when I clicked then the tickets list came back
Which button was that? Did it have any text?
