I am not able to login to the issue tracker using my openmrs id. Please check.
You need to submit a ticket to the helpdesk asking for access (as described in the bright orange box here).
There are messages posted prominently all over – including a banner which is meant to stand out like a sore thumb on JIRA.
The reasoning for this was spam. It was much easier to yank access and strip spammers of any privileges to make posts than fighting the spam.
