Everytime i try to login with proper email format openmrsID@id.openmrs.org, it redirects me to this
I have also got edit privileges for wiki and issue tracker.
What are you actually typing into the username box?
Hmmmm… it works for me, i.e., if I type that in I’m redirected to the OpenMRS login page.
Can you try clear the browser cache? Or run incognito? Or try a different browser?

I tried logging in from incognito and in another browser. After entering my id, sujaldarji501@id.openmrs.org in atlassian login page, i am redirected to openmrs login page but after entering my credentials i am again redirected to hmm… we’re having trouble logging you in page
Also i tried this from another laptop and same issue persists

Hello @ibacher , I have the same issue, i was reading this post hoping i can get a solution but sadly nothing, i tried the same things @sujaldarji501 tried (clearing cash, logging in from another device…)and i kept getting the same error. Ps: i have been granted access in an email and this is supposdly the email i have to use: mohamedalimefteh.fl@id.openmrs.org
I dont know what worked for me but I also reset my openmrs password. You can try resetting the password of your openmrs id. Not sure if this can help or not in your case.
I actually tried that too but unfortunately nothing happened, thanks for the response anyway.
