Is it possible to print Patient Stickers which would have an attribute from patient program?

As part of our implementation, we would like to print patient stickers with below details:

  • Patient name
  • Program Registration number
  • DOB
  • Sex

As the print is configured in registration page - getting program details is challenging

Please suggest how to approach.
