Is it possible to download the forms in pdf format

I think that feature exists in Form Designer. Not sure if it is here. cc: @akhilmalhotra

Interesting request @jess - Is your goal to download a blank form, to be completed with pen/paper? Or to download the filled form for a specific patient?

That’s correct @gsluthra1. @jess You can download a PDF from the form designer.
