Is it possible to change the main e-mail address?

Hello,

since I’ve finished my studies recently and I’ve used my university e-mail account for anything OpenMRS-related, I will have to change this address for the future. It seems though I don’t have any permission to change my main address, which is especially problematic since I would like to receive JIRA notifications when I work on a ticket. As far as I can see, my back-up address which I’ve set is not used in JIRA.

Is there any way to do this, possibly with the help of admins?
