Installation and reconfiguration

Hello team, am new in openmrs, I encountered this error while setting up openmrs. These are the errors i got. ERROR 1 Jan 09, 2019 4:06:31 PM org.apache.catalina.loader.WebappClassLoaderBase loadClass INFO: Illegal access: this web application instance has been stopped already. Could not load java.sql.DriverManager. The eventual following stack trace is caused by an error thrown for debugging purposes as well as to attempt to terminate the thread which caused the illegal access, and has no functional impact.

Oh sorry about this. Have you tried restarting tomcat? one of the causes could be missing dll which is needed by one one of the library jars to compile

Thanks for the response, yes i did restart the tomcat but the problem persisted , how can i fix the missing ddl? Am doing the installation on ubuntu

Which version of Java do you have installed?

i installed java 7

i want to install 1.11.5

Could there be any reason why you are not setting up the latest release?

@dkayiwa Can you please help me with my setup. I am using cpanel. it is currently showing OpenMRS Platform 2.1.4.2cb839 Running!
