Question: I need to view these existing concepts in HTML form entry , and open the forms when e.g doing registering a patient, and select the concept that the patient will be diagnosed of. e.g when registration form is created, I need to view the form with all the concepts that have been selected at registration . For example I have created a HTM form for Antenatal History, when registering a patient, I need to select/or add the concepts that are necessary to the patient being registered.
