Importing CIEL dictionary - Do you need to restart tomcat

I have used the CIEL dictionary for a while , but everytime i import the concepts , I find i need to restart the openmrs instance for it to pull concepts from the dictionary

Is this an acceptable behaviour?

I don’t think so. This could be due to memory leak or something else. Can you provide the following details:

  1. OpenMRS version
  2. Your OS version, Linux or Windows
  3. Tomcat version
  4. Java version
  5. Best if you can pull out the catalina.out file containing trace of all activities going on
