Implementations: What are your customers' goals/KPIs?

Hi Community, Can anyone share just a few examples of what your customers’ KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) or goals typically are?

For example: Are the # of cases of [condition], # tests, # hospitalized, # died the most prominent KPIs? What other metrics do your customers (clinicians, or Ministries/Decision Makers) value most strongly?

Thanks to @jennifer or pointing me in the direction of PEPFAR’s Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting (MER) Indicator Reference Guide. Very helpful, and quite eye-opening about how much there is on our implementors’ plates!
