I logged in as an Super User (admin) and removed my privileges openMRS. 
. Now i see this when i log in. Any Solutions please.
Can i do something through cmd, and mySQL database?
Is this a production databases? Or a set up for testing purposes?
no it is not a production database.
In that case, you may find it easier to just drop the database and run the set up again.
