Hello everyone I am working on this issue currently. I went through the docs of HTML Form Entry Module and replicated this issue on my system. Its just that I am not able to figure out what exactly is required.
What I have thought up till now is that what we want here is to make the fields set to True(date and Accession number in the above example) that are not to be displayed be set to a default value and remain hidden using java script. Am I figuring out the problem right? Anybody has any ideas.
