i am trying to get ICD10 codes on the Xforms in which Doctoer can select or search relevant codes and add in to the Diagnosis,
how can i do this, any help?
There are several discussions about this on OpenMRS talk. If you download the the CIEL dictionary you can obtain a list of concepts which are diagnoses/findings which have ICD-10-WHO maps. You can build a search mechanism into the XFORM which will search them, or you can build your set based on concepts which have ICD-10 code maps. You definitely do NOT want to show a list of ICD-10 descriptions to clinical users and ask them to choose from there.
